Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team, assist in the architecture design of the system, and manage government tenders.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Solution Architect in designing and architect application solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities such as presentation and proposal writing, propose system-level architecture and designs, and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions as needed.
• Evaluate the technical, cost, and schedule implications resulting from architectural and design changes; identify significant risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and endorse these changes during implementation.
• Ensure solutions align with the organization's technical and business goals, as well as government regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of solutions, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture and application development.
• Proven experience in handling government tenders and delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
