Duties And Responsibilities

This role will report to Head of Technical Services

As the Technical Specialist, your duties are:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, management, vendors, and project members to deliver solutions during implementation.
• Define application architecture standards, maintain design guidelines, provide toolkits, promote architecture-based development, and suggest solutions to improve system quality and team productivity.
• Guide the development team through solution design, offer support, and refine designs as needed.
• Participate in development and manage third-party vendor performance to ensure project standards are met.
• Work with the security team to ensure application security compliance.
• Stay updated on new technologies and promote their adoption.
  
  
  

The ideal Technical Specialist:

• Tertiary education
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Detail-minded, fast learner, hardworking, aggressive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
