Job Description:
Major Accountabilities
Support Brand Management and Marketing Strategy
Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines
Help manage brand assets and contribute to health tracking
Support holistic marketing practices aligned with enterprise strategy
Provide input on marketing issues and brand strategies to senior leadership
Assist in designing and executing client research initiatives
Client Insights and Value Proposition Development
Conduct research, analysis, and help translate insights into actions for the client segment
Implement research methodologies, assist in data collection, and analyze data
Help identify priority client segments and thematic pain points
Contribute to building client-led proposition strategies
Provide client insights to support value proposition development
Partnerships and Corporate Social Responsibility
Assist in executing partnership and affinity marketing strategies
Support CSR and philanthropy plans implementation
Help maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Specialized knowledge
Brand management principles and practices
Marketing strategy development and execution
Research methodologies and data analysis techniques
Client segmentation and value proposition development
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and philanthropy concepts

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Min. 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or client insights roles
Proven track record in conducting and analyzing market research
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Familiarity with CSR initiatives and partnership management
Communication scope
Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership on marketing issues and brand strategies
Skill in presenting research findings and recommendations to various stakeholders
Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand and marketing initiatives
Proficiency in maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal teams and clients
