Ensure quality assurance practices are integrated into the delivery process.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical delivery-related concerns, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices in project management and technical delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role, particularly in system integration.
Strong understanding of the insurance or banking industry, with a focus on automated underwriting processes being a significant advantage.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
Experience in delivering complex technical solutions on time and within budget.
