Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of system integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Utilize your expertise in automated underwriting processes to provide insights and enhancements throughout project delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance practices are integrated into the delivery process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical delivery-related concerns, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices in project management and technical delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role, particularly in system integration.
• Strong understanding of the insurance or banking industry, with a focus on automated underwriting processes being a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering complex technical solutions on time and within budget.
