Job Location: Shenzhen, China (this is a requirement - please only apply if you are already in or willing to relocate to Shenzhen, China full-time)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our innovative team. This role involves coordinating custom product sourcing details with overseas clients, confirming quotes and product information with factories, managing multiple projects and orders, sending invoices and confirming financial information, and consolidating customs clearance and logistics prices and information. The ideal candidate should have over three years of experience in client project management, be fluent in English communication, and excel in multitasking and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication: Communicate with overseas clients in English, coordinate project and order details for custom product sourcing, ensure client needs are fully met, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
2. Supplier Communication: Contact factories to confirm quotes and product information, negotiate efficiently with suppliers to ensure the best prices and terms, and establish and maintain a strong supplier network.
3. Project Management: Manage multiple projects and orders, coordinate resources, develop and execute project plans, ensure timely delivery of projects, meet client expectations, and continuously improve project management processes.
4. Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the cost structure of different products, perform detailed cost breakdowns, optimize procurement decisions, and enhance overall company efficiency.
5. Procurement Process: Strictly monitor the entire procurement process from sampling, ordering, logistics to quality control, ensure smooth and efficient operation of each stage, and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
6. Finance and Logistics: Send invoices and confirm financial information, consolidate customs clearance and logistics prices and information, ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial and logistics processes, and optimize logistics solutions to reduce costs.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference for international university graduates.
2. Overseas work experience is preferred.
3. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project/client management or operations.
4. Fluency in both Chinese and English, capable of handling business communication in a multicultural context.
5. A combination of self-motivation and entrepreneurial passion, with excellent stress tolerance and multitasking coordination skills.
6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
7. Clear logic, data-driven decision-making, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
