The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new businesses and generating sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets.

Securitas is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Sales Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and business development activities in Hong Kong. This includes directing a sales team towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. As a Sales Manager, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Securitas grows.


Responsibilities:


  • Enhance Securitas brand name and image through sales and marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand Securitas presence in the security market across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, government, and industrial clients.
  • Responsible for sales activities on Security systems such as Intrusion Alarm / CCTV/ Access Control etc.
  • Contacting new / potential customers and developing relationship
  • Meet customers, introduce Securitas and its services, send out introductory letters and make routine follow up to generate enquiries
  • Prepare proposals and quotations and assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders
  • Build consultant / contractor relationships to secure mini project business in Hong Kong
  • Carrying out job audits, understanding or creating customer needs, selecting contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
  • Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completions
  • Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism and efficiency
  • Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Head of Electronic Security Solution
  • Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels
  • Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.


Requirements:


  • Engineering degree holder in Electrical, Electronics or any equivalent field or equivalent is preferable
  • Minimum 7 years or above Sales experience, preferably in CCTV, Security and Alarm systems
  • Possess thorough understanding of gross margin, costing and budgeting.
  • Must possess strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Possess sufficient knowledge of Low Current Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm Systems, Video Analytics, etc.
  • Able to understand engineering drawings
  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and tender documents.
  • Good command in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outgoing and excellent communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
