Full Swing Golf Asia is a joint venture established to distribute all Full Swing Golf products throughout Asia working in alignment with the headquarters in Carlsbad California. We will also be launching a Golf Studio equipped with cutting-edge facilities aimed at golf enthusiasts, providing a venue for corporate events and product demonstrations in alignment with the launch of Full Swing Golf Asia.
Role Overview
We seek an innovative and energetic Marketing Manager to craft and implement a detailed marketing strategy that aligns with our company objectives, enhances brand visibility, and drives revenue growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with formulating marketing strategies for the entry of our products into the Asian market. Furthermore, they will also be responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives to promote our golf studio and corporate event packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within Asian markets.
- Develop positioning and pricing strategies tailored to the specific conditions of local markets and target audiences.
- Create a comprehensive integrated marketing plan that incorporates digital, traditional, and event marketing strategies.
- Ensure that brand messaging and visual identity resonate with local cultures while maintaining overall brand consistency.
- Design and implement a digital marketing strategy that includes social media engagement and content optimization.
- Establish partnerships with local influencers, distributors, and retailers to enhance market presence.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and launch events aimed at generating product awareness and excitement.
- Monitor performance metrics and gather consumer feedback to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform necessary adjustments.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on marketing progress and addressing any challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
- 5+Years experience in marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in the sports & hospitality industries.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software, such as Mailchimp.
