We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide our client's teams in adopting Agile methodologies, improving collaboration, and enhancing productivity.
The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating the transformation of our organization to Agile practices.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Transformation: Lead the organization in Agile transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coaching: Provide coaching and mentoring to teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Training: Develop and deliver training sessions on Agile methodologies for various teams.
Assessment: Conduct assessments of current processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, teams, and leadership to align on Agile goals and strategies.
