Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business / growth manager to lead our supply-side growth strategy. This will be a pivotal role in expanding our retail media network and driving adoption of the Board Click platform.

Responsibility:

• Business Development: Identify and onboard retailers to Board Click platform through proactive outreach, relationship building, education, and strategic sales efforts
• Account Management: Serve as the key contact point for retail partners, and foster strong relationships by addressing their needs in optimising retail media operation and monetization via Board Click platform
• Platform Improvement: Collaborate with the tech team by creating detailed business cases and providing actionable insights to improve platform design, functionality, and user experience based on retailer feedback and market trends
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed on retail media trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine supply-side strategy and business model to build a market leading position.

Requirement:

• Love to hustle and work in a fast-growing and learning environment
• Previously experience in retailer and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is a strong plus
• Strong presentation skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Possessing strong business acumen and an analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and attitude
