Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role at Hong Kong Wenzel Limited. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service. This role will be based in Hong Kong SAR with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management or customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
