Responsibilities:
Managing and driving the sales target achievement from new customer, Sales Agents / Channels
Supporting the Sales Agents / Channel to approach the customer, RFQ, sampling and mass productions
Developing potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and exhibitions.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field.
Min 5 years experience in sales, marketing or related field for Industrial, Robotics, Home appliances, medical and Automotive Industry (Solid customer base and relationship is advantage)
Good Knowledge of cable assemblies or wire harness is an advantage
Strong senses of pricing and project management
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Willing to travelling (~50%) to visit the customer, Sales Agents / Channels
Outgoing and creative personality.
Ability to understand the need of the customer by showing company core competitiveness.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Able to work independently under pressure.
