JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee production planning and inventory management with factories
• Monitor logistics and outbound sales activities
• Communicate with internal parties (sales / product / brand team) for daily operations
• Negotiate with factories and suppliers for solving supply chain related issue
• Review demand, safety stock level and monitor spare parts ordering activities
• Utilizing SCM software to enhance operational efficiency
• Administration duties such as system update, POs issue and sales order creation
• Assist in continuous improvement projects and ad-hoc duties

YOUR CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2 years in logistics / planning / supply chain industries
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across business units
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (vlookup & pivot table) is a must
• Detail-minded, attentive to details able to work under pressure
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Maintain awareness and ability to apply ESG related initiatives;
• Immediate availability is preferred
