我们正在寻找一位兼具支付产品实战经验和Web3增长思维的产品经理。你将负责设计并推动PayFi产品的全生命周期增长策略，搭建融合传统支付场景与加密金融的创新解决方案，直接参与定义未来金融交互模式。

岗位职责

• 主导PayFi产品的需求分析、路线图规划及迭代落地，平衡用户体验与合规要求
• 基于数据分析设计增长模型，优化用户全流程转化（注册、激活、留存及推荐）
• 深度参与支付通道整合（法币/稳定币）、清算系统设计及反欺诈风控方案
• 持续追踪DeFi、跨境支付及监管科技动态，推动产品与Web3生态的深度融合
• 协调开发、运营及商务团队，确保产品目标与商业战略高度对齐

任职要求

• 3年以上支付领域/金融衍生品产品经验，完整主导过至少一款金融支付类产品（如收单系统、跨境结算、钱包等）
• 成功案例证明增长能力：用户规模提升50%+或收入增长30%+
• 熟悉加密货币基础架构（区块链协议、智能合约、跨链桥等）及主流DeFi协议运作逻辑
• 英语流利（跨国团队协作必备），适应快速迭代的创业环境

• 拥有Stripe/PayPal/Square/Airwallex/Redotpay/Reap等知名支付平台工作经验
• 参与过加密货币钱包、DEX或稳定币项目开发

Position Overview

We seek a product leader with proven payment expertise and Web3 growth mindset. You'll drive end-to-end growth strategies for PayFi products, architect solutions bridging traditional payment scenarios and crypto finance, and shape the future of financial interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle from ideation to scaling, balancing UX and compliance
• Design data-driven growth models to optimize user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
• Lead integration of payment rails (fiat/stablecoins), settlement systems, and anti-fraud mechanisms
• Monitor DeFi, cross-border payments, and regulatory tech trends to enhance Web3 integration
• Align engineering, operations, and business teams with product-commercial synergies

Requirements

• 3+ years in payment/financial products, with ownership of at least one payment system (acquiring, cross-border payment, wallet, etc.)
• Proven growth track record: 50%+ user base expansion or 30%+ revenue growth
• Deep understanding of crypto infrastructure (blockchain protocols, smart contracts, bridges) and DeFi mechanics
• Fluent English for global collaboration, thriving in agile startup culture

Preferred

• Experience at leading payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Redotpay, Reap, Airwallex)
• Contribution to crypto wallets, DEXs, or stablecoin projects
