Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to drive investor acquisition, partnerships, and business expansion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong networking skills and experience in investment, finance, or business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Proactively identify and reach out to potential investors, partners, and businesses.
  • Investor & Client Acquisition – Identify and onboard foreign investors interested in African markets.- Investor & Client Acquisition – Identify and onboard foreign investors interested in African markets.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and investment firms.
  • Market Expansion – Explore and develop opportunities in high-growth sectors such as fintech, healthtech, agribusiness, impact investing and renewable energy investments, ensuring strategic expansion and long-term success.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation – Assist in structuring investment deals and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Market Research & Analysis – Stay updated on African investment trends, policies, and opportunities.
  • Brand Representation – Represent Bullione Africa at industry events, networking meetings, and investor summits.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term investors and partners.
  • Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal Development – Prepare and present investment proposals tailored to the needs of potential investors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and research, to optimize investor engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience – Proven experience in business development, investment advisory, venture capital, or financial services.
  • Network – Strong connections with potential investors, businesses, and industry stakeholders.
  • Skills – Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
  • Self-Motivation – Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
  • Global Perspective – Understanding of international investment trends, especially in emerging markets like Africa.
