We are seeking a candidate with professional customer service skills and a strong team player for the position of a Client Advisor. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to identify client needs to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Achieve sales target of the store
• Maintain the VM standard
• Handle stock replenishment and stock transfer
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements

• Min. 1 year sales experience in luxury retail
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Good fashion sense and knowledge of leather goods and RTW
• Strong customer-service mindset and excellent selling techniques
• Good team player and self motivated
• Cheerful and outgoing
