A leading Financial Institution with offices in multiple jurisdictions is looking for a Client Service Manager with a proven track record to join as a senior member of the client service team based in Hong Kong.

Working in a team, the successful candidate, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin will be tasked with managing a number of large clients in Hong Kong .

To do this the client requires candidates to have a minimum of 5 years Client Service experience in Securities Services with an in depth understanding of Custody, Fund Administration and Fund Services products.

The jobholder will act as the escalation point as per agreed client matrix and take the lead on managing issues to resolution, manage client feedback and oversee periodic reviews of service standards.
