We are currently hiring for a famous F&B company with years of experience and would like to drive digital transformation. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online sales, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on sales and customer acquisition.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across performance marketing, social media and content marketing.
Analyze campaign performance and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Use analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
Design and implement content strategies for social media platform.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, recently in F&B industry, with a background of agency experience.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Strong experience in handling performance marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about F&B industry, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
