Responsibilities:

• To provide technical advice on the improvement and maintenance need of the clubhouse and coordinate arrangement of work for technician and contractor
• To monitor the E&M site works and assist Manager/ Deputy Manager to maintain a smooth operation
• To inspect the fixtures and installations and advise on repair and maintenance works
• To monitor and maintain the operations of all E&M facilities
• To solve technical problems and deal with emergency repair works
• To inspect the fixtures and installations and advise on repair and maintenance works

Requirements:

• Have a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent 
• 3-5 years working experience in E&M Maintenance Servicing & Management / Building Maintenance Servicing
