Responsibilities:

• 負責高級餐廳的預訂, 跟進和候補名單
• 與客人互動以獲得忠誠度和回饋
• 以專業的方式處理客人的詢問和投訴
• Manage and follow up reservations, waiting lists for our fine dining restaurants
• Engage with guests to gain their loyalty, repeated guest and feedback
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• 2年或以上高級餐廳接待客戶服務相關經驗
• 以顧客為中心，注重細節，態度誠懇
• 出色的溝通技巧與銷售技巧
• 優秀的中、英口語和書面表達能力，包括國語
• 2 years or above experience in high-end restaurant, reception or customer service
• Customer-centric, detail-oriented, sincere attitude
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, including Mandarin

Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
