Overseeing the implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. Ensuring that D365 CRM solutions are completed on schedule, within scope and budget, and adhere to quality standards while aligning with business goals.

It is the largest publicly traded life insurance group in the Asia-Pacific region, offering a wide range of services including life insurance, accident and health insurance, savings plans, employee benefits, and pension services

Description

  • Oversee the entire delivery process of D365 CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure business requirements align with technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance on D365 CRM capabilities, including Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Advise on CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of consultants, developers, and analysts.
  • Serve as the main contact for business stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Promote collaboration and ensure team alignment with project goals.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) modules.
  • Experience in team leadership and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and pensions is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English
