• Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
• Good management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer
