Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, with prior accounting experience in the F&B industry preferred.
• Possession of an accounting diploma.
• Proficient in Mandarin for work purposes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the financial coordination and planning of a Hong Kong restaurant company, familiar with the management of restaurant POS systems.
• Manage fund accounts, including account setup, changes, and closures, ensuring proper ledger registration.
• Oversee fund settlement management, handling cash receipt and payment transactions, and preparing cash reports.
• Summarize, review, and follow up on monthly cash plans, preparing variance analysis for cash plans to ensure orderly expenditures.
• Manage funds effectively, ensuring proper cash positioning, preventing fund stagnation, reducing costs of fund usage, and improving fund efficiency; regularly develop funding allocation plans based on cash flow forecasts.
• Organize and archive relevant work documents.
• Handle accounting-related matters for the finance department.
