At the moment, we are looking for a Concierge Officer to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:
- Handle guest general inquiries
處理一般賓客查詢 - Assist guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs
協助大堂內的客人處理入住和退房期間的行李遞送 - Ensure that arriving/departing guests with the assistance of load/unload the luggage from the vehicles
確保抵達/離開的客人得到車輛行李的協助 - Positive, friendly and enjoy interacting with people
積極、友好並喜歡與人互動
Job Requirements工作要求:
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience
具有1年相關的工作經驗 - Proactive, friendly and enjoy interacting with people
積極主動、友好並喜歡與人溝通 - Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
具有良好講，讀和寫英語及普通話能力
