Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guest & VIP upon arrival in a professional and pleasant manner;
• Escort guests to table and monitor the customer traffic in the reception area; 
• Responsible for guest enquiries & complaints, reservations and table arrangements in a timely manner;
• Deliver catering support to ensure smooth operations;
• Provide support in document handling and data input of the restaurant when necessary.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience of guest relations / receptionist in F&B or Hospitality industry;
• Excellent customer service, inter-personal & communication skills;
• Cheerful, pleasant and customer service-oriented;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel);
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficient in spoken Japanese is highly preferrable / advantages
