Assist in the coordination of supporting services including cleansing and portering services, waste management, staff accommodation management, pest control, gardening, mortuary, linen and laundry and other supporting services
Maintain positive relationship with hospital users, staff, clients, vendors and all relevant stakeholders to deliver constructive outcome
Assist to monitor and review the performance of outsourced service contractors. Liaise with user departments to facilitate day to day operations.
Assist to closely monitor the execution of overall performance of the service contractor including but not limited to all types of records of cleansing, portering, gardening, pest control, waste collection and preventive maintenance contracts etc.
Assist in testing system and equipment related to supporting services and conduct initial troubleshoot and liaise with relevant users and contractors for resolutions
Perform shift duty and occasionally overtime for ad-hoc / emergency support may be required. Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Supporting Services Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s)
Job Requirement
Holder of a Diploma or above
At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare / hotel / property management industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Openness to the use of technology system or smart device
Compensation and Employment Terms
