A sizeable Japanese co. is looking for Japanese speaking IT Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5, Develop, implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with headquarter for international project where necessary
• Oversee the information security and IT operation of the whole company
• Handle software implementation and maintenance projects, particularly on digital transformation implementation
• Monitor infrastructure, network and system performance
• Manage IT related budget and resources allocation
• Liaise with vendors and other IT professional
• Oversee and ensure IT operation are compliant with audit (J-SOX, ISO9001, etc.)
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
• Other ad hoc duties when necessary

Requirements

• Good communication skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Good English, Mandarin and Japanese
• Japanese-Language Proficiency (JLPT) N1/N2 is required
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information technology or related disciplines
• 8+ years of relevant work experience (with 5-year supervisory experiences);
• Information security certification (CISSP, etc.) is preferred
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience on setup, maintain offices enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identify and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and cloud services (AWS);
• Experience in ERP, PLM, SAP and customized applications will be a plus;
• Knowledge of basic scripting skills (e.g. vbscript) will be an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
