Japanese speaking IT Manager (Inhouse, Trading co.)
A sizeable Japanese co. is looking for Japanese speaking IT Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 5, Develop, implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Coordinate with headquarter for international project where necessary
Oversee the information security and IT operation of the whole company
Handle software implementation and maintenance projects, particularly on digital transformation implementation
Monitor infrastructure, network and system performance
Manage IT related budget and resources allocation
Liaise with vendors and other IT professional
Oversee and ensure IT operation are compliant with audit (J-SOX, ISO9001, etc.)
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
Other ad hoc duties when necessary
Requirements
Good communication skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Good English, Mandarin and Japanese
Japanese-Language Proficiency (JLPT) N1/N2 is required
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information technology or related disciplines
8+ years of relevant work experience (with 5-year supervisory experiences);
Information security certification (CISSP, etc.) is preferred
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience on setup, maintain offices enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identify and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and cloud services (AWS);
Experience in ERP, PLM, SAP and customized applications will be a plus;
Knowledge of basic scripting skills (e.g. vbscript) will be an advantage;
