Responsibilities:

• Assign suites and common area duties for cleaning to outside cleaning contractors
• Liaise with Front Office Department to resolve complaints concerning cleaning and maintenance quality of guest suites
• Perform any duties as assigned by the Supervisor

 

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Good command of spoken Cantonese
• Fair command of spoken English and Putonghua
• Good knowledge and relevant experience in housekeeping is an advantage
