What will you do?

• Assist in providing quality property management services in a landmark residential property
• Manage good relationship with residents; communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
• Assist to manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
• Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
   

 Do you have a right profile?

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant experiences
• Presentable, independent, with excellent communication skills is definitely an asset
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer
