Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable and Treasury functions
• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approval
• Prepare and execute payment runs (cheques, ACH, transfers) in compliance with payment terms
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues with vendors and internal departments
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements
• Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end closing, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Generate AP aging reports and analyze outstanding liabilities
• Assisting Senior Accountant to prepare statutory reporting, tax filing, ensuring all necessary filings and payments are made accurately and on time
• Co-ordinate with other external parties including bank for treasury requirements and company secretaries for statutory filing matters
• Handle ad hoc duties as required 

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years in accounts payable or general accounting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong attention to details, organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficient in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and data analysis tools commonly used
• Experience in HSBCnet operation is a plus
