We are looking for a Host / Hostess - Summer Palace / Nadaman / Cafe TOO based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Host / Hostess - Summer Palace / Nadaman / Cafe TOO, we rely on you to:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional manner
• Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking
• Be responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
• Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times
• Assist in menu printing and related administration work
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining guests' records in the system
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Knowledge and experience in using booking system would be an advantage
