We are looking for a Bartender - Lobster Bar & Grill based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Bartender, we rely on you to: 

• Provide high-quality beverage and service to guests consistently
• Uphold high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to Hotel guidelines and government regulations
• Ensure the service standard is at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
• Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the Bar area
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
• Knowledge in standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
• Knowledge in alcohol types, glassware varieties, brand names and garnishes
