職責：
• 執行日常保養及糾正維修工作，包括 寫字樓及餐廳
• 負責統籌各項目的維修和保養工作
• 負責聯繫工程部技工和餐廳主管進行項目實施、故障修正和設施系統的維護工作
• 管理有關物資的收發、採購、維修、保養及其相關紀錄
• 跟進承建商進行的維修和保養工作及建設項目的進度
• 報告事故及跟進處理事故
要求
• 3 年或以上相關維修及保養工作經驗，具餐飲業商用設備維修及保養工作經驗者優先
• 具有水、電等基本知識
• 持有 A 級或以上的電工牌照、有效平安咭
• 能閱讀及書寫中文和簡單英語並懂電腦文書操作 (Microsoft office)
