We are looking for a 3rd Dim Sum Chef (三級點心師) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a 3rd Dim Sum Chef (三級點心師), we rely on you to:

• Handle all types of assigned Dim Sum cooking duties
• Monitor the production process of steamed and double-boiled items
• Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
• 負責各款點心烹調
• 監控蒸煮和燉品的生產過程
• 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3 years of relevant experience in reputable Hotels or Chinese restaurants
• Good knowledge of the operation for Dim Sum section, food hygiene and work safety
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• 三年或以上知名酒店或高級中菜食府經驗
• 對點心廚務日常運作、 食物衛生、 工作安全有相當的認識
• 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
