We are looking for a Wellness Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Wellness Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Offer and assist the guest in selecting suitable care products 
• Assist in coordination for plans and implementation of new menus, promotions, special offers and promotional media activities
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of equipment
• Conduct and attend departmental meetings
• Attend to guest complaints, inquires and requests
• Supervise and assist Manager to lead the overall operations

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in 5-star Spa / Wellness / hotel
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Guest oriented and a good team player
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
