職責:

• 使用 AutoCAD 軟體建立房產的 CAD 平面圖
• 與內部團隊密切聯繫，製作行銷資料和內容，以更新公司網站和各社交媒體
• 根據需要為部門提供支援

要求:

• 關文憑/高級文憑/副學士學位畢業生
• 1年工作經驗
• 精通電腦技能，包括 MS Word、Excel 和 AutoCAD
• 熟悉社交媒體平台以及內容創建的實踐
• 具有人工智能圖形產生的知識有優勢

Duties:

• Create CAD floor plans of the property using AutoCAD software
• Liaise closely with internal teams to produce marketing materials and content for updating the company’s website and social media channels
• Provide office support to the department as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Associate degree graduates in a relevant field
• 1 year of working experience
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Knowledge of generating AI graphics is a plus.
