Responsibilities:

• Perform IT administrative tasks, including billing, contract renewal tracking, IT purchases, maintaining IT asset records etc;
• Provide IT support, including answering support calls, logging and tracking IT support cases, offering basic technical assistance to end-users, and escalating cases to technical staff;
• Assist with reporting and analytics by tracking and analyzing IT support metrics and monitoring the status of support tickets or ongoing projects;
• Handle general administrative duties, such as sending meeting invitations, preparing documentation, purchasing stationery, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any fields;
• Strong interest in IT service management;
• Previous experience in IT support or administration is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A good team player with a positive attitude, capable of working under pressure.
