Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively elicit requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of the product
  • Provide solution advisory throughout the whole delivery to make sure the end product align with product team and business expectations
  • Identify risks and issues, provide recommendations and track through to resolution
  • Lead the design of large user stories (EPICS) which are broken down into smaller stories/ product backlog, which is a prioritized features list for the product which is used by Agile Teams to develop technology solutions
  • Supervise a team of testers to ensure test plans and test cases are executed within the stipulated schedule and release timeline
  • Manage the testing execution quality to meet the testing objective
  • Support post implementation tasks such as user training, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution
  • Collaborate with tech team to manage the release to ensure successful delivery
  • Perform essential project and production issues updates/escalation communication to management/stakeholders timely
  • Provide post implementation support including Live Verification

Accountabilities

  • Maintain domain knowledge to represent the business in requirements and provide system solution advisory between business and technology
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of all CBG new initiatives – from business requirements, solution design, testing and live verification
  • Ensure projects go live successfully within approved timeline and budget

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Consumer Banking products specialized in digital project delivery
  • Good understanding of system applications and preferably some technical knowledge
  • Proven track records in managing system enhancement end-to-end and participated in difference milestones within project lifecycle such as business requirements development, test management and execution implementation. Agile exposure is preferable
  • Self-starter with business acumen, independent and able to rise challenges and meet deadline effectively
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
