Job Description:

• Independently lead and complete data analysis projects, focusing primarily on group medical insurance and group life insurance
• Act as the subject matter expert in consulting projects, presenting findings and solutions to clients
• Conduct market research surveys using a variety of statistical tools
• Identify operational challenges, propose improvements using forecasting, gap analysis, quantitative reporting, research, and statistical analysis
• Analyze survey findings, developing comprehensive reports and communication decks for various stakeholders, including management, sales teams, and clients
• Provide detailed data analysis to support sales teams during tender cases and renewals of sizable customer programs
• Organize and maintain research data and documents within the appropriate databases and systems
• Lead modelling projects, utilizing existing and market data for analysis
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure analysis outcomes and results are effectively communicated
• Drive research and development findings to support the company's growth-oriented solutions
• Perform additional projects as needed.

 

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Strong experience in data analysis
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner
• Proficiency in statistical tools and software for data analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify operational inefficiencies
• Excellent collaboration and coordination skills
• Proactive and innovative, with a drive to develop new products based on data findings
• Proficiency in Python and VBA
• Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
