Receptionist - Fine Dining (Experienced candidates will be considered as Reception Assistant Manager)
 

• Monthly salary HK$22,000 - $30,000

• Discretionary Bonus 

• Immediately available candidates are preferred

Duties:

• Maintains quality service standards with all guests by creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere while visiting the guest’s table and coordinating service requests.

• Interacts and entertains guest in a cordial and gracious manner thereby creating a memorable experience and building customer loyalty.

• Coordinate menu preparation between guests, chefs and restaurant managers.

• Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in F&B outlet or Hotel front office.

• Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred.

• Proficient in handling clerical duties and using Microsoft Office with Chinese typing. 

• Excellent communication skills and must be service oriented.
