Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist E-commerce team for daily operations (especially for Customer Service) with focus on marketplaces, ie Amazon/Walmart/Shopee;
• Assist in the business activities and projects of assigned channels including but not limited to order management, fulfillment, order forecast, inventory management, preparing business analysis reports;
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights and evaluate existing product categories on choices;
• Conduct marketing research, analysis and routine data reports;       

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will possess

• University graduate with at least 1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce / retail management preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel;
• Hard-working with positive attitude;
• Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines;
• Experienced in cross-border marketplaces and eCommerce operations is advantage;
• Fast learner and willing to face challenges;
• Strong communication in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; other languages will be an advantage;
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
