Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Division Heads and Senior Managers to support the Sales & Marketing Division.

• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, crafting compelling business proposals to secure contracts and build long-term relationships with customers, aligned with the company’s objectives.

• Deliver exceptional sales, account management, and customer service to nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Organize and lead regular customer meetings, site visits, and terminal tours to facilitate business development.

• Oversee commercial contracts, tenders, and business negotiations to achieve financial KPIs.

• Analyze business performance through detailed reports and insights.

• Design and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies, creating tailored solutions, presentations, and proposals to meet client needs.

• Develop and introduce new products and services to drive business growth.

• Be flexible and open to travel as required.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, Aviation, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, management, sales, account management, marketing, or a similar domain. Candidates with less experience but relevant skills will also be considered.

• Results-driven with a strong sales orientation.

• Sharp business acumen and excellent numerical and analytical skills.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Self-disciplined, ethical, and a team player who can work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
