About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join HUFCOR Asia Pacific Ltd as a Sales & Business Development professional. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team for the company's building and construction products. Based in the Tsuen Wan District, you will play a key part in the success of the company's operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue generation for the sales team.

• Identify and seize new business opportunities, fostering robust relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with plant and project teams to ensure timely deliveries and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

• Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a construction-related discipline.

• A well-established network within the construction industry in Hong Kong.

• A comprehensive understanding of building construction procedures specific to Hong Kong is mandatory.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• A hands-on and mature team player.
