About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join HUFCOR Asia Pacific Ltd as a Sales & Business Development professional. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team for the company's building and construction products. Based in the Tsuen Wan District, you will play a key part in the success of the company's operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue generation for the sales team.
Identify and seize new business opportunities, fostering robust relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with plant and project teams to ensure timely deliveries and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a construction-related discipline.
A well-established network within the construction industry in Hong Kong.
A comprehensive understanding of building construction procedures specific to Hong Kong is mandatory.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
A hands-on and mature team player.
