About this Employer
Renowned main contractors are looking for highy skilled Quantity Surveyors at all levels to join their Commercial Team, from Junior to Senior QS.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, BOQ, tender documents, subletting works, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for building construction/ Civil/ Infrastructure projects in Hong Kong or Macau. 

Requirements: 

(Assistant) Quantity Surveyor

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• 2-5 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.

Project QS to Senior QS

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• 6+years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.

• Good at communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

• Candidates with leadership and management experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in MIC or NEC projects is an advantage.
