Key Objective 

We are looking for a seasoned Group Human Resources Senior Officer to assist our Group HR director to drive the Group Human Resource team in our global manufacturing organization for Talent Empowering, and partner with our business unit’s leaders to develop and maintain comprehensive HR programs that support the organization’s strategic goals and workforce plans.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure our people are engaged, performing, developing, and meeting the business strategic needs for long-term development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with the Group HR Director to set the HR Management strategy and translate this into actionable plans.
  • Design and facilitate the activities (like Corporate Culture, People Engagement, Leadership Programs, Performance Management, Talent Development, Benefits and Rewards, HRIS) aimed at developing current and future capabilities needed for our business to succeed.
  • Oversee the Group HR Programs, ensuring logistics are managed smoothly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with centers/BU HR Partners, Department Managers, and employees on follow through of professional and personal development plans.
  • To prepare various analysis and reports for management review.
  • To provide support on HR issues related to employment law, discipline and grievance procedures and any ad hoc HR projects.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
  • More than 3 years of HR experience, preferably good at analysis and reporting, projects coordination, people engagement and incentives, well-versed with Hong Kong and China labor laws, good experience in working reputable multinational organizations with structured HR functions will be the advantages. 
  • Good business acumen with strong sense in data management and figures, high attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good team player with excellence interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
