Responsibilities:
Act as an HR strategic partner (HRBP) for advisory, formation, and implementation of people strategies
Handle a full set of HR operations, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning for the management
Assist in preparing analysis reports and budgeting for the management
Collaborate and provide business insights of HR CoE to ensure initiatives and projects are designated and implemented that support business people's plans and needs
Participate and assist in the execution of the Corporate HR Projects as assigned
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related discipline
8 years of all-rounded Human Resources experience, preferably from MNC / Construction/ Engineering / Manufacturing / Property Management / Labour Intensive Industry
Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Being well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations is a MUST
Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
Good knowledge and experience in using HRIS
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
