Analyst Programmer  / System Analyst

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the system development lifecycle for large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform system analysis, architecture design, and oversee the development of software solutions.

• Act as a liaison between users, clients, and the development team to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Prepare test plans, test cases/scripts, and test environments, as well as conduct comprehensive testing.

• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage system implementation processes.

• Offer ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems, ensuring their stability and functionality

• May lead a sub-team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of project tasks and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT system implementation and integration.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing web-based applications using Java, JBoss, framework development, Restful API, microservices and RDBMS.

• Familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, JBoss, MS SQL, and Windows Server is an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of working independently and meeting tight project schedules.

• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users, clients, and team members.

• Less experienced candidates would be considered as Analyst Programmer
