Responsibilities:

Promoter Management

• Manage promoters’ rosters and leave application approval;
• Handle manpower allocation;
• Supervise promoter team closely to achieve monthly sales target and meet customer service standard by visit stores frequently
• Attend regular meeting with promoter team ;
• Prepare regular sales report.

Client Services

• Develop good partnership with chain stores;
• Attend regular meetings with client;
• Conduct market research & reports for clients.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in retail industry ;
• With consumer electronics products' working experience will be an advantage;
• Strong market intelligence;
• Strong leadership, good people management and communications skill;
• Knowledge in MS office;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proactive, energetic dynamic and good team player with positive attitude;
• Immediate availability will be highly preferred.
