IT Specialist (Up to 35k, Airport)

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2+ years of working experience in technical support function
• Working knowledge in innovative technologies, such as AI, Machine Learning, automation, robotic implementation, and operations is a must 
• Enthusiastic in the latest technologies and eager to learn and share
• Good command of both written and verbal Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

Deskside Support (Up to 27k, Wong Chuk Hang)

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2+ years experience in supporting users with Outlook, OneDrive, printers, and SharePoint.
• Administration in AD, M365 admin, MS Exchange admin, SharePoint admin would be an advantage
• Knowledge of networking (e.g. VLAN, VPN, WIFI) is a bonus

IT Support (Up to 20k, Kowloon Bay)

• Diploma in any discipline
• Supporting conference room's AV equipment or video conference tools.
• Provide technical support for internal users on MS Windows, Office 365, Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
