Senior Accounting Officer (Credit Management)

Job Highlights

  • To minimize the receivable level of Hotel by maintaining vigilant credit control
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • To minimize the receivable level of Hotel by maintaining vigilant credit control on hotel guest and credit accounts
  • Preparing daily high balance report for in-house guests and arrange payment from those guests with high balance
  • To ensure all essential correspondence, vouchers and documents are collected for proper settlement from outstanding accounts
  • To attend credit meeting to report on the latest status of and formulate action plan on long outstanding accounts
  • To provide regular financial reports to management

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 years in supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in computer skill including MS Excel and Word, with knowledge of accounting system is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
