The Job
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources to drive the transformation projects in human resources department and across the organization. The appointee will be responsible for revamping the culture and engagement initiatives, reviewing the communication strategies, building a strong employer brand for talent acquisition and retention, exploring digitalization options to enhance productivity and strengthening organizational development to improve the organization’s effectiveness and adaptability. This role reports to the General Manager, Human Resources, and will lead a small team to achieve departmental objectives and roll out the project. Major duties of the appointee include:

  • Support the implementation, communication, and monitoring of the corporate culture initiatives to foster a spirited work environment and enhance employee engagement, aligning with the organizational transformation goals;
  • Re-engineer human resources processes and implement efficient solutions to align with organizational culture, enhance operational effectiveness, improve employee experience across the employee lifecycle, and promote organizational culture, values, and initiatives;
  • Enhance the employer branding through social content strategies, employee engagement, recruitment initiatives and other innovative approaches;
  • Drive digital transformation of human resources processes and systems to foster collaboration and deliver employee-centric solutions; and
  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies, including change management and organizational design.

The Person

  • A recognized degree in any discipline;
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources management, of which at least four years should be at senior managerial level, preferably gained in sizable or public organizations;
  • Proven experience in managing culture change projects, human resources process re-engineering, and employee engagement strategies;
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to human resources functions and operations, able to design flexible and applicable models to meet the corporate needs and culture;
  • With can-do spirit and ready to challenge the status quo;
  • Energetic with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing multiple, cross-functional projects and the ability to influence and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret the information into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Self-driven, resilient and passionate about driving human resources excellence and organizational growth; and
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
