The Job
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources to drive the transformation projects in human resources department and across the organization. The appointee will be responsible for revamping the culture and engagement initiatives, reviewing the communication strategies, building a strong employer brand for talent acquisition and retention, exploring digitalization options to enhance productivity and strengthening organizational development to improve the organization’s effectiveness and adaptability. This role reports to the General Manager, Human Resources, and will lead a small team to achieve departmental objectives and roll out the project. Major duties of the appointee include:

Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
